Refund Policy

At Nexxt Labs BV, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction with our all-in-one supplement, Apexx01. We understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary, and we want to provide clear guidelines on how our refund process works. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy to understand your eligibility and the steps to follow for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1. Customers can request a refund in cases of dissatisfaction with Apexx01.
1.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.3. Our 100% happiness guarantee is only applicable to auto shipments.

2. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued as credits to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Product Return
3.1. Nexxt Labs may request the return of the product, which includes the jar/pouch and the (remaining) product. Please note that the returning shipping costs cannot be refunded.
3.2. Only one refund per household is allowed.

4.Limitations on Refunds
4.1. Refunds will be provided only once per customer.
4.2. Customers who applied for a refund will not be able to order Apexx01 or any future products from Nexxt Labs BV after their refund.
4.3. The following details will be rejected for future purchases: your address, e-mail address, and payment method (bank account).
4.4. Nexxt Labs BV reserves the right to track customer refunds and purchases to ensure compliance with this policy.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Customers can request a refund or seek assistance regarding the refund policy by sending an email to info@nexxtlabs.nl or by initiating a live chat on our website at www.apexx01.com
5.2. If you send an e-mail requesting a refund, it must include your name, order number, purchase date, address, bank details, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will provide instructions on how and where to return your product if required. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after receiving the returned product.

6. Exchanges / Damaged Product
6.1. If the received Apexx01 jar or pouch is damaged upon delivery, customers are eligible for an exchange. We will promptly replace the damaged product upon verification of the damage. Please also contact us by sending an email to info@nexxtlabs.nl or by starting a live chat on our website at www.apexx01.com.
6.2. If you send an email requesting an exchange, it must include your name, order number, purchase date, address, and a picture of the damaged product, i.e., the jar/pouch.
6.3. We may request the customer to return the original jar. Returning costs will be covered by Nexxt Labs BV.
