There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to morning rituals or ‘best morning routine’. What matters is finding a routine that resonates with you. There are lots of healthy habits that you can incorporate in your morning routine to help you kickstart your day. Below are some examples that you can consider adding to your morning routine.  

  • Start with some water! First and foremost, prioritize hydration. After a night of rest, your body is naturally dehydrated, and replenishing fluids is essential to jumpstart your metabolism and flush out toxins. Changing Lifestyle
