Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Most brands accept returns because they resell returned stock.
We do not.
Once a package leaves our control, we cannot guarantee its integrity.
Storage, handling, and environmental conditions matter.
If quality cannot be guaranteed, it cannot be resold.
So we refund instead.
